  • Proven Track record in Sales.

  • Supervise and drive end to end business.
  • Good selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the property market.
  • A self-motivator and penchant for sales and business development.
  • Must have a total of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in real estate primary market.
  • MBA or equivalent is required

Job profile :

  • Focuses on growing/upgrading existing accounts and on generating new business to maximize revenue and profits.
  • Client acquisition and business development with the direct sales team.
  • Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.
  • Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
  • Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
  • Recruit, train, lead, monitor and motivate the sales management team to increase revenue.
  • Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
  • Develop PropBulls as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
