A leading Real Estate market place in Dubai reports sale of nearly 20500 properties in the first-half of 2019.
Additionally, about 59,500 residential units are expected to get added to the property market of Dubai by 2019. Out of which, 20,500 are already completed.
Those units include Apartments, Villas, Townhouses & Services Apartments.
Almost about half of the expected number has been completed and the remaining is being looked forward for completion till the year end.
The information received belongs to about 152 projects. It is also being said that 85% completion has been already done till July. There are 426 apartments of Emaar’s Vida Hills, 1,312 Villas in Maple I and Mapple II in Dubai Hills Estate which are notably launched online.
Whilst, there are 1,427 apartments of Al Habtoor City, 458 Townhouses of Town Square by Nashama, which shall be completed by late this year. The market place also reported an expected reach to 637,000 units by end of 2020.
